Elegant Auto Studio values clear scheduling, communication, and preparation. Please review these Booking Terms before scheduling a service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Elegant Auto Studio, you agree to our:

Terms & Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Warranty Policy.
Privacy Policy.

2. Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure appointment time, materials, shop scheduling, and preparation for the service. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final service balance. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or short-notice rescheduling may result in deposit forfeiture.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, or short-notice changes may require a new deposit.

4. Arrival Time

Vehicles must arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may cause delays, reduced service time, or rescheduling. Elegant Auto Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

5. Vehicle Readiness

Customers are responsible for making sure the vehicle is ready for service. Customers should remove personal belongings, valuables, electronics, accessories, child seats, loose items, and aftermarket attachments before service. Vehicles should be reasonably clean and accessible for inspection and installation.

6. Service Time

Estimated service times are not guaranteed. Installation time may vary depending on vehicle condition, service type, material availability, curing time, weather, hidden defects, additional prep work, or unforeseen conditions.

7. Inspection Before Departure

Customers should inspect the vehicle before leaving the shop. Once the vehicle leaves our premises, unreported issues may be harder to verify and may not be accepted unless reviewed and approved by Elegant Auto Studio.

8. Communication Consent

By booking an appointment, you agree that Elegant Auto Studio may contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding quote requests, appointments, service updates, follow-ups, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

9. Customer Approval & Changes

Any requested changes after booking or approval, including additional coverage, extra panels, removal work, design changes, added film, paint correction, or additional labor, may increase the final price. Customer approval may be required before additional work is performed.

10. Liability

Customer acknowledges that automotive services, including vinyl wrap, window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coating, removal work, and surface preparation, involve certain risks. Elegant Auto Studio is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, weak paint, repainted surfaces, environmental conditions, or issues outside our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the installation services provided, to the extent permitted by law.
