Refund & Cancellation Policy

Elegant Auto Studio values clear communication and fair business practices. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking a service.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final service balance. Deposits secure appointment time, materials, shop scheduling, and preparation for the service. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or rescheduling with short notice may result in deposit forfeiture.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
3. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule once with proper notice. Repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, or short-notice changes may require a new deposit.
4. Custom Orders & Materials
Because many services require custom material ordering, film cutting, design preparation, labor scheduling, or reserved installation time, deposits and approved orders may not be refundable once materials are ordered, designs are prepared, or work is scheduled.
Electronics Parts & Custom Equipment
For backup camera, dash cam, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, stereo, and electronics installation, special parts, wiring kits, modules, adapters, cameras, screens, or other equipment may need to be ordered for the customer’s vehicle. Once parts are ordered, opened, installed, or prepared for installation, they may not be refundable.
Customer-supplied parts are not refundable through Elegant Auto Studio and are not covered by Elegant Auto Studio product warranty.
5. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not offered once work has started or has been completed.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind.
Color, shade, film, coverage, or finish preference after approval.
Minor imperfections within industry standards.
Vehicle condition affecting results.
Pre-existing damage, repainted surfaces, or hidden defects.
Failure to follow care or maintenance instructions.
Customer-supplied parts, electronics, cameras, screens, radios, wiring kits, adapters, or modules.
Incompatible, defective, missing, or incorrect customer-supplied parts.
Partner-performed services, including upholstery work handled by a neighboring or third-party provider.
Vehicle compatibility issues related to electronics, factory wiring, radio/screen limitations, modules, or aftermarket equipment.
6. Partner Services
Some services, including auto upholstery, may be performed by a trusted neighboring partner or third-party provider. Refunds, deposits, cancellations, warranty, scheduling, workmanship, and service issues for partner-performed services are handled directly by the provider performing the work. Elegant Auto Studio may help connect customers with the provider but does not control or guarantee partner refund policies.
7. Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you must notify Elegant Auto Studio within 7 days. We must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and attempt to correct any valid service concern before refunds, disputes, or chargebacks are pursued.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first allowing Elegant Auto Studio the opportunity to inspect and resolve the concern may violate this policy and may result in collection action, legal action, or recovery of applicable fees where allowed by law.
