Welcome to Elegant Auto Studio. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Elegant Auto Studio provides professional automotive services, including:
Vinyl Wrap (full, partial, custom designs)
Window Tint (film installation)
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Ceramic Coating

All services are performed to industry standards. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are required for most services
A deposit may be required to secure scheduling
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final service balance. Deposits reserve appointment time, materials, and shop scheduling. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or rescheduling with short notice may result in deposit forfeiture.
Customers must arrive on time or notify us of delays
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

3. Payments

Final payment is due upon completion of services
Additional charges may apply for work outside the original scope
Unpaid balances after 2 days may incur $50/day storage fees

4. Vehicle Pick-Up & Storage

Customer agrees to pick up the vehicle promptly after being notified that service is complete. Vehicles not picked up within 2 days may incur a $50 per day storage fee. Elegant Auto Studio is not responsible for loss of vehicle use, inconvenience, or delays caused by late pick-up, unpaid balances, supplier delays, curing time, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Customer Approval & Change Orders

Any changes requested after approval, including additional coverage, extra panels, removal work, design changes, added film, paint correction, or additional labor, may increase the final price. Customer approval may be required before additional work is performed.

6. Photo & Video Documentation

Elegant Auto Studio may photograph or video record the vehicle before, during, and after service for inspection, documentation, warranty, quality control, and internal records. Customer permission is required before photos or videos are used for marketing, website, Google Business Profile, or social media.

7. Personal Property Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, electronics, accessories, child seats, loose items, and aftermarket attachments before service. Elegant Auto Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or removed personal items left inside the vehicle.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
Provide accurate vehicle information
Ensure vehicle is reasonably clean and accessible
Inspect the vehicle before leaving the shop
Once the vehicle leaves our premises, we are not responsible for unreported issues.

9. Vehicle Condition & Risk

Customers acknowledge:
Pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, dents) may affect results
Installation may reveal hidden defects
Repainted or damaged surfaces may increase risk of paint lifting
Elegant Auto Studio is not responsible for damage caused by:
Weak, repainted, or previously damaged surfaces
Pre-existing defects
Environmental or road conditions

10. Installation Disclaimer

By using our services, you understand:
Minor imperfections (dust, bubbles, edges) may occur
Some imperfections may settle within 30 days
Slight variation in color, finish, or texture is normal
These are not considered defects.

11. Service-Specific Curing & Settling Disclaimer

Vinyl wrap, PPF, window tint, and ceramic coating may require curing, settling, or inspection periods. Small bubbles, moisture pockets, haze, edge movement, adhesive marks, or minor imperfections may appear during the curing period and may improve over time. Customer agrees to follow all aftercare instructions before requesting warranty review.

12. Tint & Film Risk Disclosure

Customers acknowledge:
Tint removal may damage glass or defroster lines
Older or damaged glass has higher risk of cracking
We are not responsible for glass, electrical, or defroster damage

13. Removal Disclaimer

Removal of vinyl wrap, PPF, tint, adhesive, decals, or coatings may damage paint, glass, trim, defroster lines, or repainted/compromised surfaces. Elegant Auto Studio is not responsible for damage caused by removal from weak, repainted, damaged, or previously repaired surfaces.

14. Warranty

We may offer:
Labor warranty (limited)
Manufacturer warranty (material-based)
Warranty does NOT cover:
Misuse, neglect, or improper care
Environmental damage (sun, debris, chemicals)
Pre-existing conditions
Normal wear and tear
All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by our shop.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on service type, material brand, manufacturer terms, vehicle condition, and customer maintenance.

15. Care & Maintenance

Customers must follow proper care instructions, including:
No washing for 48–72 hours after installation
Avoid harsh chemicals and pressure washing
Use proper cleaning methods
Failure to follow instructions may void warranty.

16. Legal Compliance (California)

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including window tint laws, vehicle wrap/color-change laws, DMV requirements, and any restrictions related to vehicle modifications. Illegal tint, restricted finishes, or unreported color changes may result in citations, inspections, fines, correction orders, removal requirements, or DMV issues.

California window tint law generally requires front side windows to allow at least 70% visible light transmission. Windshield tint is generally limited to the top portion of the windshield as allowed by law. Rear side windows and rear windshield may be darker when the vehicle has side mirrors. Customer is responsible for selecting a legal tint shade unless Elegant Auto Studio confirms legality in writing.

17. Limitation of Liability

Elegant Auto Studio is not liable for:
Loss of vehicle use
Indirect or consequential damages
Damage caused by road hazards or environment
Liability is limited to the cost of installation services only.

18. Indemnification

Customers agree to hold Elegant Auto Studio harmless from:
Legal issues related to tint, wraps, or modifications
Fines, citations, or regulatory violations

19. Dispute Resolution

Customers must notify us within 7 days of any issue
We must be given the opportunity to inspect and correct
Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration
Customers waive rights to class-action claims.

20. Website Use

By using this website, you agree:
Not to misuse or interfere with the site
Not to attempt unauthorized access
All content is the property of Elegant Auto Studio.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
